What brands do you work on?

We service most major makes and models including but not limited to Stihl, Husqvarna, Echo, Toro, and John Deere. Not sure about your equipment? Give us a call!

How much will my repair cost?

Since every repair is different, we don’t offer flat rate or fixed pricing. You will receive a customized, detailed estimate based on your equipment’s needs.

Our labor rate is $75/hr and labor minimum is $37.50. Diagnostics are charged at $75/hr. There is no fixed diagnostic charge in order to provide fair pricing and accurate diagnostics to all customers. A thorough diagnosis including a repair estimate can typically be completed in 30 to 60 minutes.

What if I can’t get the equipment to the shop?

Round trip delivery starts at $50 for the immediate Black Mountain, Swannaona, and Mars Hill areas. Delivery outside those areas will be calculated at $1.25 per mile all directions. Additional charges may apply for equipment that is difficult to access or move. Please ask for a quote on delivery if you have any questions.

What equipment will you work on?

We can work on most air cooled gasoline equipment including but not limited to chainsaws, trimmers, backpack blowers, and lawnmowers. There are limited exceptions for liquid cooled or diesel engines. We do not work on powersports equipment.

How long will my repair take?

Our turnaround time is typically two weeks, but can be longer during the busy summer season.
